Tucked away on Via Urbana, one of the most charming streets in Rome’s Monti district, Bar Monti is a gem worth discovering. I stopped in for a latte macchiato and the prosciutto with mozzarella—both were excellent. The latte was smooth and perfectly layered, and the mozzarella was fresh and creamy, beautifully paired with delicate slices of prosciutto. The atmosphere is cozy yet vibrant, and I loved the laid-back vibe of the street outside.
Nice little lunch spot. Chicken salad was good. The eponymous salad was not as good; slightly weird combination with the apple cutting through the avocado. But, not bad at all, and not too expensive for the area. Lovely decoration on the Hugo spritz as well!
I was recommended to try this place for breakfast and coffee while I was in Rome. Great choice! Staff was friendly. Coffee was great :) lots of places to sit! Was disappointed they didn’t have wifi, or I would have done my meeting there! Great food’
We came here for a quick cappuccino and it didn't disappoint! Nice staff, beautiful interior.
Little gem hidden in a beautiful little side road. We've discovered it after a long day exploring Rome and were instantly caught by the beauty of that place. Reasonable prices, good self made lemonade, tasty Spritz and friendly personnel.
Looking for an inexpensive breakfast? This is a great option. The ambiance is amazing, staff super friendly and the food is spectacular! Coffee selections are superb as well!
We had breakfast here, gluten-free options for my celiac kid. The panini was delicious, the yoghurt with fresh fruit and granola was a treat and the cinnamon roll was good. A perfect place for a relaxed breakfast
My cousin lives in Palermo and brought us here — what a fantastic experience! Everything felt so authentic and delicious. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the servers were wonderful. Before the pasta, they served a dish they called ragu — some kind of flavorful beef — and it was absolutely outstanding. The pasta dishes and desserts were also wonderful. Highly recommend!
